At Royal Blue Hill, Isom is responsible for the leadership and day-to-day operations of Service Technicians and apprentices. Isom is an enthusiastic HVAC Mechanic with more than 23 years of experience in air-conditioning maintenance, repair, installation, and associated electrical systems.
Over the years, Isom developed quite a following with residential and commercial customers who refer to him as a motivated and ambitious professional. Besides the enjoyment of being a business owner, he has a special love for spending time with his family, mountain biking, training his four-year-old German Shepard (Kai Von Rothhaus), and traveling.
Isom would like his customers to know he truly values their trust and will always strive to go above and beyond their expectations.

Tabitha Tate, finance customer focused
At Royal Blue Hill, Tabitha is responsible for the financials and day-to-day operations of the Corporate Office. Tabitha is a results-oriented professional with more than 20 years of combined experience in operations and administration.
Over the years, Tabitha has served as a trusted business associate to corporate leadership teams, financial departments, and human resources teams. She has experience with contracts and co-owns Royal Blue Hill with Isom Hill. Tabitha is an effective leader with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. She is passionate about entrepreneurship, helping others, and community service. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, studying real estate and reading books.
Tabitha would like her customers to know customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy are the most important things to her when doing business.
