I cannot recommend Royal Blue Hill highly enough. Isom came out, right away, on Super Bowl Sunday. He assessed the condition of the HVAC system and made a temporary repair. The next morning, two gentlemen arrived to replace the furnace. The work was as excellent as the people are. You can’t go wrong with Royal Blue Hill.

They were professional, fast, and quick to identify and fix our heater. He explained everything that was happening and what was needed to fix it. He fixed the heater within 30 minutes including replacing the part that was needed. Highly recommend Royal Blue Hill Heat and Air.

We've been customers for years and have had previous AC and heat units installed for downstairs. Mr Hill gave us a fair price to replace our upstairs unit this summer. He stated from the outset that he would come a specific day and time and arrived early. The work was completed very timely with no mess or damage to our property. Even though we had 4 sleeping granddaughters visiting he was able to complete the job with no problem. My heater went out Jan 2, coldest weather of the winter. He was out to my house within 30 minutes like he said. Diagnosed the problem...had to replace my 20 yr. old heater and he gave us a great deal on a new one and had old one out and new one in the next day. Great job, good deal.

When our heater went out, we had 10 companies come out and turn us down. All of them said they could not work on propane heaters, or work on mobile homes even though they were told on the phone it was a propane heat source in a mobile home on the initial phone call. When [Isom Hill] came out it was a blessing and we had heat again. I recommend them to everyone I know that is using propane as their heat source.

I would highly recommend the services of Royal Blue Heat & Air. We had an old unit quit working and I was given their number by a family member. They were very quick to respond to my call and were out the next day. After troubling shooting our unit and set up it was determined we needed to replace as some parts were original and over 15 years old.
